The responsibility of SAMA Tours, as the tour operator and/ or their agents is limited.
Cancellation:
All Cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellation received 60 days or more prior to departure are subject to $750 per person administrative charge.
Those received 45 days or less prior to departure are subject to a $1,250 per person administrative charge.
No refund will be given on cancellation 30 days or less.
In addition to the above, penalties and/or charges imposed by hotel/airline/bus companies together with services or hotel space may be imposed.
•SAMA Tours acts only as agents for the passengers in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, buses or any other services in connection with this tour.
SAMA Tours assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defects through the acts of defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or carrying out the arrangements of the tour or as a direct or indirect result of:
Acts of God, dangers incident to the air, sea, fire breakdown in machinery or equipment.
Acts of government or other authorities.
Wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, their pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or from any causes beyond SAMA Tours control.
•SAMA Tours will accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents.
•SAMA Tours will accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes.
•SAMA Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, losses damage or injury arising in connection with such services.
•SAMA Tours will not be responsible for the failure to follow instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out times and baggage handling.
•SAMA Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any losses and/ or damage to clients’ luggage.
•In event of delay it is the responsibility of the airline to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedures and shall not be the responsibility for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his negligence or delay or absenteeism at any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for participants to rejoin the tour, Moreover, no refund will be given for any service rendered not utilized.
•In event of cancellation of the trip by the customer, no refund will be issued for the airline ticket. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up any refund possible with the airline directly.
Important note: Hajj, in itself is not a pleasure trip. We must remember that this is a duty and an obligation to ALLAH(SWT). We may face intense heat difficulties due to the number of people visiting Al Haram. We pray to ALLAH(SWT) to help us perform our Hajj with patience and perseverance.
